Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Felix Annan says he is confident of victory over Cotton Sports in their CAF Confederations Cup playoff first league match.

The Ghana Premier League side will be hosted by the Cameroonian club on Sunday in the final game before the group stage.

After eliminating Kariobangi Sharks of Kenya, the Porcupine Warriors will be hoping to get fair results away before the return league at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Ahead of the game, the former WAFA man says they are determined to qualify for the group phase of the CAF inter-club competition.

"Is been a long time since Asante Kotoko qualified to Africa Club competition group stage and we the players are ready to qualify the team into the group stage," he told Kumasi based Nhyira FM.

"We will sure make Ghanaian football fans proud tomorrow," he added.

However, the Communications Director of the club, Lawyer Sarfo Duku also expressed his satisfaction after they were warmly welcomed by the Cameroonian club.

"We have been given a nice reception in Yaounde and we have nothing to be complaining about.

"We are hoping to have a good game tomorrow," he deduced.
